Brilliant Solutions (Nashville, TN)

Brilliant Solutions (3200 West End Avenue Suite 500. Nashville, TN 37203) has DirecTV as their advertised client and it appears BS is an independent Smart Circle affiliate. Research the employment advertiser before committing time and money (transportation costs) to an interview.  Ask many questions during the interview. Will you be paid an hourly wage if you do not sign up any DirecTV subscribers for a particular day? Will the pay be minimum wage plus commission? Beware of employment advertisements which appear "too good to be true".

  2. That must be your cell phone number, Zach. Nashville is area code 615.

  3. The 770.990.9014 is a managers cell phone number that works at Brilliant Solutions. The company phone is 615.870.9840. Feel free to contact Kimberly and she would be more than happy to answer any questions!

  4. I went in for an interview Monday and talked to the manager and he set up a second interview so I went back in Tuesday and now I'm officially working there. I don't understand why you guys are saying this is a scam. This seems like such a great opportunity, expecially with the holiday foot traffic in the retail stores Brilliant Solutions that Directv represents.

  5. Chanel they dont understand, they just think of it as a sales opportunity and nothing else, when its actually an opportunity to be your own boss, and run your own company and eventually promote out other managers so you can eventually become a consultant, and thats where you really make the money

  6. I went in for an interview earlier today.
Brilliant solutions didn't seem like a scam during my time spent in their office. I'm a family man and I don't have time to waist I must provide for my family. Nonetheless,If brilliant solutions isn't a scam why won't they work harder
to clear the name? Why won't Brilliant solutions take legal actions to get this blog removed? Until Brilliant solution gets this blog removed you will forever have this bad reputation....

  7. If we could have this blog removed, we would. Unfortunately it is a google ran blog, which is nearly impossible to have removed. We have thought about legal action, due to the slander and false information being written. But due to the lack of this hurting us to attract the people we want it's pointless. If you look at some of the things being said and then research the company it doesn't add up for anyone who has common sense. It is sad that you have people out there that are unemployed with this much time on their hands. This same blog will appear if you research almost any large marketing/sales company in Nashville, or the United States. The only thing we can do is keep KICKING BUTT as a company for our clients, and not let these people hurt or affect our business in any way. Also, for anyone seeing this blog Brilliant Solutions has not ONCE had a dispute against the company, nor a dispute against and employee. Nor has there ever been a negative thing stated about Brilliant Solutions other than this blog that was put up on thousands of companies. Look for yourself!

  8. I think the word you are looking for is 'libel' not slander. You would have to prove that the libelous language in this blog is hurting your business which it doesn't seem to be. I don't see what the big deal is. This blog just recommends that people ask a lot of questions of Brilliant Solutions so they fully understand what the job is about and how they will earn money.

  9. No; either "slander" or "libel" would be applicable in this case. I was a pre-law student, so I would know. Brilliant Solutions is a company ran by genuine, good people. Zach is kind, straightforward, and honest. I interviewed today. I previously attempted to work for a company out of Chattanooga, TN, and also interviewed with some companies in Nashville- E.G. "Titan Elements," and "Music City Roadshows." It may seem externally that these companies are doing comparable things to Brilliant Solutions, but they are not. These companies do door to door canvassing and promise earning potential that is not attainable. Brilliant Solutions is genuine, and there are great people working there, especially Zach, Adrian, and Amanda.

  10. This company has asked me to come interview with them. However, if its marketing I'm not going. I worked in a marketing form, they promise you everything under the stars: great pay, even better opportunity, advancement within 3 months. Its crap. You are just a foot man doing all the sales and making hardly any money. You don't get any base salary just commission. Its not a scam. But if you have bills to pay, this isn't the job for you.

  12. Brilliant Solutions asked me to come in for an interview, which I accepted. After doing my due diligence, I found out that Brilliant Solutions had many negative reviews. I asked questions, but the answers were very limited in response. Use caution before wasting time and money on traveling to any commission based employment opportunities because most likely, you are just another short-term pawn being used by upper management.
