Choice Advertising in Santa Clara? I searched Google and I could not find their website or phone number in Santa Clara, CA, Sunnyvale, CA, Riverside, CA, or Arlington, VA, (408) 990-6142, (703) 992-3102, (951) 880-4928.
Choice Advertising appears to be an affiliate of Smart Circle International. Smart Circle affiliates recruit salespeople to sell discount coupons for retailers and services. The problem is that the affiliates use deceptive recruitment ads using terms such as "entry level", "management training", and "sales and marketing". Research the employment advertiser before committing time and money (transportation costs) to an interview. Beware of employment advertisements which appear "too good to be true".
Guaranteed hourly pay? Really?
The ad format looks very similar to the ads by Irie Management, iremanagement.com, another Smart Circle affiliate that promotes DirecTV.

So i started to work for this company, and it is a terrible place. There is no structure in the company. Managers put a lot of pressure and expect a lot out of you, but pay you crap. They will blame you for every little problem. They avoid paying employees in a timely matter. Also, they will alter your pay without any notification. It is difficult to get a day off, even if you are sick, emergency or even just out of surgery. They will expect you to work certain times but don't even pay you. TERRIBLE PLACE TO WORK FOR!!
