Frontline, Inc/Frontline Marketing, Inc (Sacramento, CA)

Front Line Marketing, Inc  (Sacramento California) is a Cydcor Independently owned Corporate Licensee. Cydcor affiliates advertise entry-level jobs and management training, but in reality they are recruiting for door-to-door commission sales people. Cydcor affiliates use the term "face to face" instead of door-to-door.

If the job ad for entry-level training for sales, marketing, management "sounds too good to be true", be cautious and ask lots of questions during the job interview. Is the job door-to-door sales, commission only, and with no benefits?  Will you be an employee or a contractor? Outside sales require driving which means gasoline expense. Are you sure you really want to work on commission pay driving possibly hundreds of miles a week?

  1. I have made a complete website about this place to tell my story and warn others.

  2. I'm sorry dropkickmomo did not have a good experience working with Frontline Marketing, but he based his whole opinion on working for the company for only 4 weeks. When I was 4 weeks in with the company I still wasn't sure if it was for me either, 2.5 years later I love that I'm able to work for my own paycheck, not get haggled based on my hours, and get the daily motivation of working for my own opportunity. I think if anybody has questions they should come in and check it out themselves instead of pre-judging the company based on a bad review.

    1. First of all CH. I worked for Impact Events in Bedford, TX for roughly 6 months. They are the same company which is all produced by the same company that makes as seen on tv products. I worked more than 60 hrs a week for Rachel O'Hara's office and regret every day of it. I drove everywhere and didn't make over $50 dollars a day average. With gas driving everywhere I was probably walking away with $20 dollars a day. There were several days where I made $0 dollars a day because they had me in the Ghetto trying to sell sports tickets to people who can barely afford to feed their families. Oh, and did I mention that "there are no excuses, you can sell anywhere" is a phrase that you will get when you dont produce money and wear yourself out by walking around all day in nice shoes and clothes. You can pre-judge jobs and you need to listen to reviews because most of the times they are right! please avoid this job at all costs and dont waste your time...

    2. @TH2011:
      My point exactly.
      And CH., we're not judging it based on 'one bad review'. We're judging it based on bad experience, horrible business practices, and literally, hundreds of bad reviews. If you truly believe that there is simply one bad review on this place, you are deluded beyond help.
      This is a great job for someone who;
      A. Is good at sales,
      B. Has low standards for a career, or
      C. Got a 'dee-dee-dee' degree in something like Art and can't figure out why they can't get a real job.

  4. I traveled from out of State to interview with Frontline. I was SO deceived! I thought it was marketing and not door to door sales. I was so upset that I spent the money, time, and energy to be very mislead. Be careful!

    1. You did what?! You traveled from outside California to interview with Frontline, Inc (Frontline Marketing, Inc's new name) for a commission only job? Depending on where you live, Cydcor probably already has an independently owned corporate licensee office in your city or state as that is how these local offices "expand". The "expansion" of the local independently owned offices always take the form of a new company name to protect the local office owner at the top of the pyramid and to protect the Cydcor corporate headquarters.

      The purpose of this blog is for other job seekers to share their experiences and to warn job seekers so they do not waste time, money and energy on unnecessary interviews unless they want to do door-to-door commission only sales.
