Genuine Acquisitions is a Cydcor ICL (Independently owned Corporate Licensee) located in San Jose, CA. Cydcor affiliates advertise entry-level jobs and management training, but in reality they are recruiting for door-to-door commission sales people. Cydcor affiliates use the term "face to face" instead of door-to-door.
If the job ad for entry-level training for sales, marketing, management "sounds too good to be true", be cautious and ask lots of questions during the job interview. Is the job door-to-door sales, commission only, and with no benefits? Will you be an employee or a contractor? Outside sales require driving which means gasoline expense. Are you sure you really want to work on commission pay driving possibly hundreds of miles a week?
Genuine Acquisition's own job ad states the company was found in 2005 yet their domain name, genuineacquisitions.com was not created until 22-Jul-2010. The Nov 14 states the company was found in Indianapolis and it has added offices in Boston, Kansas City, Baltimore, Portland, San Francisco, Philadelphia, and now San Jose, yet a Google search of "Genuine Acquisitions" will only bring up search results for the San Jose office. You cannot find any listings for Genuine Acquisitions for their home office in Indianapolis or any of their other branch offices. Genuine Acquisition's listing with the San Jose office of the Better Business Bureau states their business started on July 1, 2009.

Look into Magnetic Consulting group too. They are another office of this company. I had a shadowing today and they said that from kansas they managed to gain businesses in sf, san jose and now sacramento. Check out their site.
