Be very careful with their solicitation methods. They will ask you to do a FREE home evaluation and try to sell you a $ 2000 vacuum. Do your research before you buy anything. The vacuum boxes have a suggested retail price that they will not show you because it is for less than 1/2 of what they are trying to sell. The manufacturer suggested price is listed on their Kirby boxes. They will try to sell you the vacuum w/out this box. It's a scheme so don't fall for their prices. Look online for these vacuum at a better deal.
