SCI Synergy Management, Synergy Expansion LLC (San Jose, CA)

SCI Synergy Management and Synergy Expansion (both in San Jose, CA) are independent distributors for Scentura Creations. Scentura distributors recruit unsuspecting job seekers to sell the fragrances for commission pay. Scentura distributors will usually not do not disclose their company name or disclose that they are recruiting for fragrance salespeople.

(Excerpt)
Scentura also known as Scentura Creations is a perfume company based in the city ofChambleeGeorgia, within the Atlanta metropolitan area. The firm is a multilevel selling company which manufacturers inexpensive imitations of designer fragrances. Salespeople are sent out, often in pairs, to sell perfume door-to-door or in parking lots.

Sometimes, new salespeople are promised large salaries and are later disappointed to discover that the actual position has no salary and is a 100% commission job. The only income is from selling knock off perfume door-to-door or in parking lots.[13] Employees are also sometimes encouraged by independent distributors to lie about the products they are selling.[14][15] Scentura salespeople have been in trouble with police for soliciting without a permit.

Scentura Creations Complaints - Scam
Scentura Creations
138 E Mcnab Rd

Pompano Beach, Florida

They posted a job on craigslist.org which stated that they were looking for 18 to 25 people to fill two positions, manager and administrative assistant. I went in for an interview and was asked to complete a second interview then and there, I was really excited because during my interiew, Damon made the companysound great. He made promises of a 40k yearly salary, running my own office and working for a great company where there was endless possibilites. Training they said was supposed to be from 6 to 8 weeks, but we could speed up the training and finish it in about 2-4 weeks. Training was NOT paid and they made is seem that training was going to be in a classroom setting where we would be learning about the product and learning how to run our own office for when we were placed into it. On my third day of training, I was placed in one of six cars with three other girls and was driven to a gas station and Wal-mart parking lot where we were supposed to sell the perfume. This is also known as SOLICITING! We weren't getting paid to do this and there was also a quota that we were supposed to meet. the first day it was two bottles and it would go up from there.

These people feed you false hopes and dreams and make you think you are getting into something that will change your lfe, when in reality your running this risk of falling behind on all your bills and getting sent to jail for soliciting.

  1. Yes, I would LOVE to post a comment about this article. This is COMPLETE BULLSHIT!!!! I am an individual who actually COMPLETED the training program in which EVERY person has to complete in order to get the position of management/OWNING your own business. For every person who claims that this doesn't work or is a SCAM - ur an idiot. IF, again, you noticed, it's the people who FAILED at making this opportunity work - yet the people who succeeded has NOTHING to complain about

    1. David, are you still with Synergy Management? Did you become a manager or own your own Scentura distributorship? If you are no longer involved with selling Scentura, do you still defend Scentura?

  3. Yeah, I almost fell for this crap. I went to the interview yesterday and was a little surprised that Liz said we would be making $30k a year, and it was entry level management. Glad I did my research and won't be going to that 3 hour second interview.

  4. Synergy Expansion is for real. Don't let these silly complaints from a few bad apples keep you from giving it a shot.

They have a great training program, the industry is proven, and it's a fun business.

They'll never ask you for any money, there's no sign-up fees, and you'll even make some money while you're learning.

And once you're done with training, you get a shot at being the boss. You won't find that in too many other places.

    1. Kristin, are you still selling Scentura fragrances? Do you wear the fragrances? If you are no longer involved with the Scentura business, why did you leave?

  5. I can't stand dishonesty! These idiots need to find something better to do, instead of wasting individuals time and ( in many cases ) individuals only money to pursue something unreal.I could understand if they were truthful to begin with and actually disclosed the actual position being offered. And for the successful candidates that commented in defense of such organization! Congratulations in hoping the bandwagon of Scamergy Expansion. Do not fall for this crap people! And let's EXPOSE all scammers. Much respect to the publisher of this page. Thank you.
