Triple Crown Management (Phoenix, AZ)

Triple Crown Management, 3001 W Indian School Rd 301, Phoenix AZ is an independent distributor for Scentura Creations (cheap imitation fragrances). Scentura distributors recruit unsuspecting job seekers to sell the fragrances for commission pay.

Beware of job ads which do not disclose the name of the company.Scentura distributors will advertise for customer service jobs, but the work is really selling cheap imitation fragrances (perfume and cologne) for commission.

  1. I went through the training program at BOS Management, never did any door to door, infact I was discouraged ftom it. I now run my very own branch for the company, overseeing the exact same training program. If its a scam I hope they scam me again, just like they scammed me into a paid vacation out to Ft. Lauderdale, FA. WOO HOO Go Scentura!

Please contact me with any questions, I love talking about the business.

    1. hello, i am currently in training with a company called blueprint management that is a distributor for scentura. I am very skeptical about it because I am reading up on all the scams that have been going on. I have a lot going on in my life right now such as my son being born in 2 months, i need a place to stay, need a new car, have family graduations and etc, and I currently have a job as feel. I don't want to leave my job and jeopardize my responsibilities if this is not right. Plz give advice. thank you.

    2. Now, I started working with this company in 2011. Not one time was I lied to about anything. Everything that I was told I would get, I got. I ran my office in south phoenix and now about to open my 2nd office. I was told if I finished my training I would get a office and I did. I was told they will get me my own apartment and they did. They told me I will make money and not worry about being broke and I did. I was told I would own my business and I did! B.O.S. has changed my life for the better. This is not for everyone but those who have drive can do well with this company.

  2. Like "Owner", I responded to one of these ads for Scentura(not knowing it was Scentura)and was lead to believe it was a customer service position based on the ad, not the sells position it turned out to be. Unlike "Owner" I WAS encouraged to push the product like dope in the parking lot of grocery stores and on busy street corners. It was a horrible experience and and even worse misrepresentation of a suposedly "legit" customer service or receptionist position.

  3. Wow! This is extremely discouraging as I was just about to interview with these people and make time in my currently busy schedule(my father had a heart attack and I've been running his business in his absence, he is now almost prepared to come back to work which puts me back in the job market). Being deceived from the get go is a huge red flag and perhaps if these people were honest about there line of business during the hiring and interview process they'd have a more trusting and productive working team. Thanks to everyone who took the time to inform people like myself about this potential waste of time. Its sad that in the world we live in scams have flooded the consumer market but now they have also bleed into the employment market. I'd almost like to go to this interview and call out the interviewer and ask him how it feels to lie to honest people looking for ways to provide for there family on a daily bases!!! I also thought it was awkward how bad there website was, tons of misspelling, horrible page alignment, and apparently designed to deceit people. I've been to a similar interview when I was a kid and there way of getting people to sign on is nothing more than the interviewer being a hard closer nearly pushing you into the job with empty promises. These type of companies don't intend on keeping long term employement they are simply turning and burning through people which is why this add as been up for months. WORLD WIDE WORD OF MOUTH PASS THE WORD MAN!!!!

  4. Are you serious? I just came across this web page and I almost died of laughter! People trying to save other people, asking if the horrible information of these companies is true or not. People need to get their facts right before they start talking about the distribution centers. First off, every distribution center is independently owned. Scentura is just the supplier of fragrances who gives these distribution centers their fragrances on consignment for them to make their own money. I don’t know of any company that is willing to do that. Go Mr. Hahn!
Secondly I was reading the post of Seeker-of-truth (obviously not true) about how he wishes the companies would just come out and say what they’re doing. This guy didn’t even go into an interview! Talking about something he knows nothing about. The distribution centers are always up front. If you’ve actually ever gone to the interview they tell you, “You’re going to have to learn to market the product”. If you’ve ever attended the 2nd interview, they let you know, “You have to SELL cologne and perfume”. How much more upfront can someone be. I mean, what type of person doesn’t understand that? I like to say that people have very selective hearing or are just morons.
Thirdly the business isn’t for everyone. Obviously the people who stay and stick it out and make it into their branch locations didn’t have a gun to their heads. They stayed because they understood the opportunity. They knew why they were going through the training program. Just because someone doesn’t understand the business or doesn’t even give themselves a shot to understand it, doesn’t mean it might not be for someone else. CYNICS, I call these people. If it’s not for you then, fine. Go about your business.
And for everyone else who listens to these blogs and non-sense, I feel sorry for you. You’re not even giving yourself a chance to find out for YOURSELF. These people are giving you a shot for you to run your own business. Working a 9-5 doesn’t cut it anymore in this economy. Didn’t you know entrepreneurship is the new thing in? Why work for someone else when you can work for yourself!

    1. Thank you Teresa. Now that's as upfront as it gets. I know of Scentura though I've never actually been involved with it. The only thing I actually wish is that the ads for the jobs made this information known so I wouldn't go searching the net to see if it was something I might want to be involved with or not. I've wasted lots of time in the past running to things that seemed to be something other than what they turned out to be. That is my ONLY complaint with these ads and there's one other company that routinely does this method as well. The actual opportunity is legit and, for many, worthwhile. Why then is it they aren't more forthright in the help wanted ads?

    2. Lol What horse shit! This place is a bunch of hood rats and Jar heads to ignorant to do anything else! They talk about having your own branch office, if by that you mean a care with a trunk then YES. No one has a store for these knock off fragrances. What a joke!! All drug addicts and losers need apply.

  5. Well good afternoon and I actually came across this blog when I decided to locate the update on a company I used to work with. Like Teresa Rodriguez mention she is correct about the economy and that owning your business is the way. But what I would like to know is why!? I went through all that training for 1 year and 6 months Selling or advertising products from business to business family and friends even walmart plaza to get my gold Manager badge from Boss man and heather and still no key to my own office like they tell you in the first interview. I am telling you ladies and gentlemen run while you can because you will lose everything even your house because while you sell your not making enough money to pay your bills and take care of other responsibilities like family even important your kids. They will suck you in like a cult and tell you that a normal 9-5 is worthless and a joke as if any one in this country right now have a choice to make quick fast money (legally). So that says it teresa I wonder if that is an actually person or A con artist him/her self I am telling you these people will say and do anything. Myself and others have wasted time on this company and will make a website with photos to prove it very soon. These people must be stopped some of these people have severe mental issues that runs these officess. One for example here in Sunrise florida ran by Boss man john and heather also an old man name kenny back in Spring of 2007. When I first came in for the interview they had music on and told me about the business larry haun and scentura creations. My first assignment was to go home and sell perfume to family and friends than come back with results. I stuck with this company for 1 year and 5 months only to watch extreme drama in which some of the other sales people (mostly ones who had received there final badge and was waiting for keys to an office)left without notice or information on their office. Than finally I reached the status to receive my own office only to be told I must sell 100 more bottles. meanwhile Heather I stated before was so hyper and excited over time I noticed she really had a drug issue. The old man kenny one day was using the bathroom when I went in after him there was a straw on top of the toilet with white substance on it. After a year my mother noticed a difference in my behavior I was withdrawn from the family even refusing to go to my grandmothers funeral all contact with friends stopped. My mother asked my uncle who is an attorney in California to look up this company and after that I never went back. After some time had passed I started locating some of the others that were in training with me and their stories were the same..............................................................................No office.
