Fresh Enterprises' Clients & Events page does not list the names of clients or past events, rather it shows pictures of food items and products (makeup, popcorn, fudge candy, cheap jewelry, cutlery, and car polishing).
Beware of companies which promise to train you with no experience required yet they make no mention of their compensation and benefits. These Smart Circle affiliates are required by state law to pay employees the minimum wage if certain commission level are not met. Independent contractors are not guaranteed a minimum wage. Do they offer company benefits such as health insurance?
Fresh Enterprises is recruiting people to sell fudge candy, Victoria Jackson cosmetics, Avani Dead Sea cosmetics and FW1 car wax within Sam's Clubs and other big-box stores.
There is nothing wrong with working a minimum wage job as long as you get all the facts before you interview and accept employment. Ask lots of questions. The scam is in deceptive job ads and deceptive training.

I don't understand why Fresh Enterprises, Inc. is on this site. It is not a pyramid scheme, is not 100% commission, and is not door to door sales. Fresh Enterprises doesn't require experience because they want entry level people because it is mainly made up of entry level positions, which is why they do not need people with experience.
ReplyDeleteits curious to me why a legit business would have a gmail account when they could spend 5 bucks a month to get a whoever@whatever.com.
ReplyDeleteFresh enterprises is like what many companies are, They provide you with unrealistic money making possibility. They Give you unrealistic goals. You spend alot of your time and money (gas and expenses that aren't reimbursed) and then they tell you how you aren't working their system properly when you fail to reach their unrealistic goals to acheive the small amount of pay you hope to recieve. Scam...no, Bad Employer practices...Yes.
