Skyline Marketing Inc (Denver) is an independently owned Cydcor licensee operated by Lauren Lesho. Lauren was formerly the president of Ace International Marketing (Oklahoma City) which was another Cydcor affiliate. The website and telephone number for Ace International no longer exist as evident by the non-existent website and disconnected telephone number.
Many Cydcor affiliates state they are a premiere, privately owned and operated sales and marketing firm. Note, the Cydcor affiliates do not know the difference between "premiere" which is a noun meaning first public performance and "premier" which is an adjective meaning first in status or importance. Do a search for Cydcor on Google.com and Ripoffreport.com, judge for yourself.
Beware of deceptive job ads which offer entry-level training in management, marketing, and sales especially if the ads state "face-to-face" sales and no experience required.
Do you really want to do door-to-door sales for commission pay with no benefits?
No telephone number provided on company website. Why are they hiding their telephone number?

I have worked with this company for the last 8 months and so far it’s being great! I’m not saying that we do is easy or anything like that but is not impossible. I don’t understand people like this that post crap just to dishonor other peoples work! This person says that the company hides the company’s website??? I mean come on the only thing you have to do is do a Google search and the first thing that appears in the screen is the company’s website… how is that malicious??? I hate when people that couldn’t get the job done or even worst didn’t even get the job post crap like this!! If you have questions about the company go to the freaking website www.skylinemarketingdenver.com or shoot me an email I’ll be more than happy to answer all your questions. Kirk.weishaupt@yahoo.com.
ReplyDelete^^ The problem is not the job itself, it is the deception of what the job will consist of. They promote base pay and average makings but the job is 100% commission based. Don't be fooled by them saying there is a base pay. I PROMISE THERE IS NOT A BASE PAY. People can make money working for these companies, but is not certain and is a huge struggle to make a living.
ReplyDeleteI worked for this company for one month until I couldn't afford my own job any more. Paid for my own car, insurance, phone, mileage, gas (they promised to pay half, but it was a struggle), and the opportunity cost of having a real job. They gave me a crap route a full 50 miles from their office and each day started and ended at the office. I drove three hours per day to do what was required of me and soon realized that the whole thing was a sham when I received a paycheck of $7. That's right. I had to stay late in the office to ask management why my paycheck was late, and when it finally came, it was $7. Commissions were delayed, and the $200 weekly contractual base pay for training never materialized as promised.
ReplyDeleteIn summary, they delay your paycheck, which is already below market compansation, they make you chase it down with your manager, and then it's not even close to correct when you receive it...late. All this without discussing the ridiculous "no sitting" rules during daily morning meetings. Job descriptions and website are purposefully vague.
They do business as "Quill" door-to-door office supplies. Don't waste your time here. You're welcome.
This is part of a larger group of businesses run by Smart Circle International. You have Foundation Marketing, TMG, and Keystone in San Diego, run by Ian Laird and Mark. There is Vintage, Inc and Diamond, run by Nikou Mohajerani and Sandy El-Reyes. These are all direct sales mlm scams.
