Why are Smart Circle affiliates considered job scams? The job ads are deceptive. The ads say they are hiring for positions in sales, public relations, event marketing, customer service, and management, but they are really hiring sales people. Look at their various job ads on Craigslist, CareerBuilder and Monster. Some affiliates will disclose their company names, but many will only use the initials of their names or not disclose their names at all. Accel Marketing, Inc would always use AMI as their company name in their CareerBuilder ads.
Merritt's Craigslist ads state Gas Reimbursement under Compensation. Really?
This Smart Circle affiliate will pay you to drive to the Costco, Home Depot or Sam's Club?
If you decide to interview with Merritt, ask about the gas reimbursement.
Will you be paid minimum wage plus commission?
How many hours and how many days a week will you be required to work?

The owner of On Sight Management, Inc apparently did not use a dictionary when he registered his company name with the California Secretary of State's office. Company incorporation was filed with the state on 07/26/2012. Interesting, the company's website is a subdomain of sharepoint.com and sharepoint is known for corporate intranets (internal websites).
