Blue, Inc (Schaumburg, IL)

Beware of attractive, but possibly deceptive job ads which offer entry-level training in management, marketing, and sales especially if the ads state no experience required. If you decide to interview with such a company, ask many questions before accepting employment. Will you be paid minimum wage or commission? Are there company benefits?

People who interview with Cydcor affiliates are told they have the opportunity to be trained for marketing, management, sales, public relations, advertising, human resources so they can open their own office. What the job seekers are not told is that they are trained to open new independently owned Cydcor affiliate offices thus repeating the recruiting cycle.

Beware of invitations for an all-day second "interview". If you decide to go to the second "interview", wear comfortable shoes as you will be doing lots of walking trying to sell door-to-door even though you are not yet an employee.

What kind of stupid company name is "Blue, Inc"? The only real reason that the owner of this company chose such as simple name is so that people trying to research this Cydcor affiliate will have a difficult time finding information about the company.  Other Cydcor affiliates have called their companies North Inc, 10 Inc and Orange Inc. How about Green Inc for money?

Blue Inc's location page shows offices in five cities, but the only contact information provided is for the Schaumburg location. Many Cydcor affiliates will list other cities as expansion locations, but they will not provide the details of those locations. By definition, expansion offices should all have the same company name otherwise, but Cydcor affiliate expansion offices always have different names whenenever new independently owned corporate licensee offices open up.

  1. This blog is the true scam. Notice there has been nothing negative written about these people, yet these "bloggers" have already labeled this business a scam and tainted their image. The reason why this blog exists is to make a buck off of the google ads on the top right corner of this page. They are hurting a local small business owner to make a few pennies. SHADY BLOG SCAM!!!! Disregard all their information! They are misleading you with deceptive titles for hard-working entrepreneurial Americans!

  2. I agree with the aforementioned statement. Blue, Inc. is actually providing jobs, and opportunities to people that want to be trained in multiple aspects of business. I went to school for an engineering discipline, and when I graduated, all the 'cool' jobs that I went to school for initially, wanted me to have 3-5 years of experience in order for me to be employed there.

We offer a cool work environment with great opportunities to determine your own income through sales of a quality product (AT&T U-Verse Ranked #1 by J.D. Power & Assoc.), based on a person's work ethic. The management team at Blue is more of a mentor/coach relationship rather than boss/employee relationship. What we do, however, is not going to be a good fit for everyone, and we are okay with that.

Regardless of who gets 'credit' for the offices, there is no denying that as a result of our program, we have opened 4 offices in 2012 in Milwaukee, WI, Raleigh, NC, Naperville, IL and Indianapolis, IN, so we must be doing something right. Besides, why would AT&T (a top 50 company in the world) work with a company for 3+ years if it were a scam?

Lastly, blue is my favorite color, and when you OWN a company, you can call it whatever you want. Try it.
