When you interview with a company and you are not sure what they do, ask them what exactly do they do.
According to CMI's client services page, their service is lead generation for home improvement. This means they have people inside of Home Depot stores who walk up to customers asking them about remodeling their kitchens or bathrooms. Usually the pay for these lead generators is minimum wage or the higher of commissions for leads generated. How many days and how many hours per day will you be required to work? If you will not receive company benefits such as health insurance, you might as well apply for retail store work for the same minimum wage pay and get benefits.
