Titan, Inc (Atlanta, GA)

Beware of attractive, but possibly deceptive job ads which offer entry-level training in management, marketing, and sales especially if the ads state "face to face" and "no experience required". If you decide to interview with such a company, ask many questions before accepting employment. Will you be paid minimum wage, base plus commission or 100% commission? Are there company benefits? Beware of invitations for an all-day second "interview". Beware of companies which ask you to "dress professionally." Will you need to work more than five days a week? Will you be paid overtime for working more than 8-hours a day or more than 40-hours a week?

Think about this, if you really want to work retail or you want to work for Home Depot, why not apply directly with Home Depot and get company benefits.

  3. used to work there and it was ok but no real opportunity guaranteed if you are unable to build a team to help you grow to management. It is 100 percent commision and you work 6 days a week and 5 of them are from 11-9. If none of your clients come through then there are weeks when you wont have a check.
