Beware of attractive, but possibly deceptive job ads which offer entry-level training in management, marketing, and sales especially if the ads state no experience required. If you decide to interview with such a company, ask many questions before accepting employment. Will you be paid minimum wage or commission? Are there company benefits?
People who interview with Cydcor affiliates are told they have the opportunity to be trained for marketing, management, sales, public relations, advertising, human resources so they can open their own office.What the job seekers are not told is that they are trained to open new independently owned corporate licensee offices thus repeating the recruiting cycle.
Beware of invitations for an all-day second "interview". If you decide to go to the second "interview", wear comfortable shoes as you will be doing lots of walking trying to sell door-to-door.

Applied via email through Craigslist. Was emailed back to call to set up a day and time to come in. Met with the Manager for a 10-minute 1:1 interview that was extremely basic. Got a call back that day to come in for 2nd round which turned out to be following 2 employees around on foot going door-to-door sales. Asked random questions along the way and expected to fit in. Had final interview when back at the office with manager again. Asked basic questions and offered position.

We are subcontracted by several billion dollar clients to acquire sticky customers. Our theory for success is based upon everyday life where human interaction, eye contact, smiles and handshakes create and solidify results.
The Executive training program has been designed and mastered to develop our team through a 4 phase module.
In 8 to 14 months skills such as face to face sales, marketing, team cultivation, team management, human resources, public relations, payroll, finance, budgeting, and client relations are mastered and put to use in a fast paced setting which generates millions of dollars a year for our clients.
At the current time we have 5 offices with 4 new offices opening in less than 6 months. Our goal in the next 12 months is to grow to 20 offices. We cannot facilitate our goals without you!
